The purpose of the processing is to promote the multi-sport event through various media channels, as applicable: online, social media, TV, posters, magazines, etc., through group photos or video recordings (audio-video recordings).

As a participant in our event (including as a player, referee, coach, or speaker), you are a data subject regarding the processing of your image/voice. Depending on the type of processing, we may capture your image, voice, and/or personal opinions (in the case of statements, sports talk interviews, or if you ask questions during the event).
These personal data will be shared on social media, displayed on the website , included in newsletters, or made available to the general public, meaning that the processing will be indefinite, and the controller cannot control this aspect. The collection and distribution of such data will also be beyond the controller’s control, and these processing activities cannot be attributed to the controller.
3. Legal Basis for Processing and Consequences of Refusal
The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the organizer of the multi-sport event Sports Festival to promote the event’s image across different media channels.
You are not obliged to accept the aforementioned processing. If you do not wish for your data to be processed, please inform our employees, collaborators, or photographers and position yourself in areas where we can avoid photographing or filming you.
