The ticket authorizing participation in the Demonstration Match is available at www.bilete.sportsfestival.com.
Additional information regarding the detailed conditions for purchasing tickets online is provided by Entertix.ro on the online ticket purchasing interfaces, especially concerning the following aspects: payment and payment methods, invoicing, data processing, and refunds. The sales regulations, payment processing, and terms & conditions applicable on these websites are not the responsibility of the Organizer but belong to the companies authorized to sell tickets.
Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
No refunds will be granted if the Ticket Buyer or another person legally in possession of the Ticket or Wristband does not wish to or cannot attend the Festival for any reason (other than force majeure) or if the Visitor leaves the Festival before their participation period ends. Losing the Ticket results in losing the right to participate in the Festival.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices without prior notice.
If Authorized Participants leave the Demonstration Match venue during the event, the Organizer will issue a Wristband verifying their right to re-enter before the match ends.
Authorized Participants must wear the Wristbands throughout their validity period on their wrist or, in exceptional and well-justified cases, in another visible location, provided that the Wristband cannot be removed without being damaged. Festival organizers may inspect Wristbands upon re-entry. The Authorized Participant is fully responsible for any damage or loss of the Wristband. Wristbands that are damaged, resealed, cut, have an opened locking mechanism, are larger than the wearer’s wrist, or have been tampered with in any way are NOT valid. Movement Team will not replace lost or damaged Wristbands.
Authorized Participants with damaged Wristbands lose their right to re-enter the Demonstration Match venue and will be excluded from the area. If, upon entry, a Ticket holder is suspected of having acquired their Ticket illegally, Movement Team explicitly reserves the right to request documentation verifying the legal purchase of the Ticket. If valid proof is not provided, the Organizer reserves the right to invalidate the Ticket without any refund obligation and deny entry to the Demonstration Match and Masterclass.
Children under 6 years old have free access to the Demonstration Match and Masterclass if seated on an adult’s lap.
Festival Date Changes & Refund Policy
The Organizer may unilaterally modify the Festival dates in case of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or a binding order issued by a competent authority that prevents the Festival from taking place. In such cases, there is no obligation to refund ticket prices. Tickets purchased for the 2025 Festival Edition (for the tennis demonstration match) remain valid for the rescheduled date. Additionally, the Organizer may offer extra benefits to ticket buyers for the 2025 Festival Edition.
If the Festival is canceled or postponed solely due to the Organizer’s decision, ticket refunds will be available. Refund requests must be submitted to the original point of purchase within 30 days of the Festival’s cancellation or by the date the ticket holder was originally scheduled to attend. Only the ticket price will be refunded for intact, undamaged tickets. Fees for ticket issuance, printing, distribution, or any non-recoverable costs (such as transport or courier fees) will not be refunded.
