DESCRIERE CLASE CROSS TRAINING

Daca vrei sa vezi si sa descoperi mai multe despre ceea ce inseamna Functional Training si Cross Training, te asteptam sa faci parte si tu din programele special pregatite de echipa Efitsolution in cadrul SPORTS FESTIVAL.

Functional training-ul este un program de antrenament inspirat din miscarile cotidiene ale omului, special concepute pentru a scoate atletul din zona lui de confort si a-l face functional.

– antrenamentul functional se adreseaza persoanelor de toate varstele, de la adulti la copii, incepand cu cei mai putin antrenati si pana la cei foarte antrenati.

Cross training-ul este un program de antrenament ce contine exercitii de tip crossfit, dar si exercitii de tip functional training adresat persoanelor carora le place anduranta si competitia.

– este un antrenament complex, ce contine exercitii cardio, de forta si rezistenta musculara, in care iti antrenezi tot corpul

– in cross training sunt prezente si exercitii pliometrice, exercitii executate cu propria greutate, elemente ce determina imbunatatirea agilitatii, coordonarii, recastigarea mobilitatii si elasticitatii musculare.
